I sketched this morning in my sketchbook and added water color...my sketchbook isn't a water color journal so I'm sure this would have turned out better had I used watercolor paper. I'm having a love affair of sorts with sunflowers right now, and have been filling my apartment with them, so I guess they inspired me...

such a beautiful sunflower! I grew up in the midwest where you would find thousands of them growing wild in fields...absolutely breathtaking.
