Self Portrait Challenge: Food Part 2

I love the idea of the fortune cookie, but I never seem to come across any promising fortunes. This particular fortune read: "You work hard" (in bed). That isn't a fortune at all. Merely a fact. The fortune cookie gods are clearly trying to let me down easy (or they are just getting lazy.) one on or the other. Anyway, this was me pre-unfortunate fortune:
